To schedule an appointment call us weekdays from 8AM to 5PM. Appointments are made by phone only.

When you call CARS, a staff member will schedule an appointment for you with one of the CARS clinicians, as soon as possible, at a time convenient for you during normal business hours. 

None of the information obtained by CARS becomes a part of any employment or personnel records. The information is confidential and is only released with the client's written permission within the limits of applicable law and ethical guidelines.
